6th Annual Performathon!
Thursday March 15th at 7:00 PM and Saturday, March 17th from 12:00–5:00 PM
CCM will be hosting a series of six recitals where over 150 students and faculty perform to raise monies for the CCM Financial Aid Fund. 100% of the funds raised during this event goes directly to our aid program. All donations are tax deductible and every little bit helps to reach our event goal of $7,000. It is the mission of CCM to provide music instruction for all who want to participate. This year we have granted $16,000 in financial assistance to students at our school.
Concord Conservatory of Music Starts Fall Appeal
CCM Family Makes $5,000 Gift
November 4, 2009
The Concord Conservatory of Music has received a family gift of $5,000 to kick-off its first annual fall appeal in support of music education in the area.
“These generous Conservatory donors wish to remain anonymous, but they are thrilled with the instruction and programming at CCM, “ says Kate Yoder, Director of CCM, “And their hope is that this gift for the 2009 Fall Appeal will inspire others to tangibly express their support."
Every day, Concord Conservatory of Music students gain the real rewards of music education — a sense of accomplishment, connection with others, and a full understanding of the language of music. “Fall 2009 at the Concord Conservatory of Music has been filled with excitement and activity. We have added popular new programs, brand new studios and classrooms, and our student body is now almost 300 and growing! CCM has become a true community of people that are deepening their involvement with music,” added Ms. Yoder.
Concord Conservatory of Music, founded in 2005, is a non-profit institution dedicated to providing excellence in music education for students of all ages in the Concord area. Located in the West Concord Union Church, CCM offerings include Early Childhood Programs, Group Lessons, Junior Orchestra, Ensembles, plus Workshops and Private Lessons in strings, piano, guitar, voice, and now upright bass and jazz instruction.
